My wife and I decided to sell our property portfolio located in Cairns, which has been managed by Megs Walker and The Industry Team for a number of years. We decided to do this to enable retirement and in recognition of the significant increases to interest rates. So for us, a lot was at stake.

Whilst managing our properties, The Industry was always communicative and responsive to all matters, essential for maintaining a healthy and respectful tenant/property manager/owner relationship, being key to obtaining and retaining great tenants.
